What we did: We engineered a bespoke AI-powered listing optimization system specifically designed for this store's unique inventory and market position. The system makes 12 or more API calls per listing across several data sources. For keyword research, we integrated three providers: DataForSEO for competitive analysis and search volume data, Google Analytics API for buyer intent signals, and Keywords Everywhere for real-time eBay-specific search trends. The system also queries eBay's own API to extract relevant keywords from top-performing competitor listings and autocomplete suggestions. For each listing, our AI generates 15 unique title variations and algorithmically selects the optimal title based on combined keyword traffic potential and relevance scoring. Item specifications are automatically populated across all 45+ available fields using intelligent category mapping and product attribute extraction. The AI then crafts professionally designed, visually appealing HTML descriptions ranging from 3,000-5,000 words, with strategic injection of the top-performing search keywords in natural, readable prose. The system runs on our servers around the clock, monitoring and refreshing listings. Some features are private to this seller.

    I’m delighted with my decision to work with our local company for redesigning our website. It’s easy and accessible to visit their office and they’re always welcoming.
