What you get back: Everything you have paid us for the pack, including the one-off setup fee. Every part of the pack stops.

What you get back: Everything you have paid us for that service, including any one-off setup fee. The service stops.

What you get back: Each quote says exactly how the guarantee works for that project, so you know before you pay anything.
How to claim
- 1Email info@handonweb.com or call us before the 30 days are up. Tell us which service it is. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd like to know.
- 2We refund you within 14 days, to the card or account you paid from.
- 3We stop the service and hand back anything you gave us, such as photos and text.
What isn't refunded
- Money paid to other companies for you, such as your Google or Meta ad spend. You pay those directly and they are yours.
- Your domain name. It is registered in your name, so you keep it.
- Usage beyond your plan, such as extra AI receptionist minutes at the listed rate.
- Extra work you asked for that we quoted separately.
The small print
- The guarantee applies once per business for each service.
- After the 30 days, the normal terms apply: a 12-month minimum for the Starter Website and packs, 3 months for SEO, and month to month for everything else.
- This guarantee is on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.
