Reza Razm

I started trading as Hand On Web in 2021 and incorporated Hand On Web Ltd in July 2023, after working on websites and digital marketing for UK small businesses. My day-to-day splits between client strategy (what to build, what to prioritise, what to ignore), commercial SEO, and making sure the team ships on time. I write here about the practical side of running a UK agency in 2026 — pricing, positioning, which automation tools actually earn their keep. I lead the technical side at Hand On Web — voice AI (ElevenLabs + Retell + Vapi + Synthflow), retrieval-augmented chatbots, and the n8n automation stacks we build for UK clients. My background is e-commerce — setting up and improving Shopify and WooCommerce stores. At Hand On Web I lead the e-commerce work: customer-service chatbots, AI-assisted product descriptions, marketplace listing optimisation such as eBay, and the automation behind it all. What I write about here is the unglamorous bit of e-commerce growth — the reason your stock sync is wrong, why a 2% conversion lift is harder than it sounds, and which AI tools genuinely move the needle versus which are just marketing.
