Will it work with my existing website?+

Yes. It’s a lightweight widget that drops onto almost any site — WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Next.js or custom. For WhatsApp we connect it to your WhatsApp Business number.

Does it train on my customers’ data?+

No. We don’t use your customers’ conversations to train AI models, and OpenAI, whose API we use, says it does not train on API data by default. Hand On Web Ltd is registered with the ICO (ZC232436), and we agree data processing terms with every client. Our sub-processors, some of them in the USA, are listed on our security and privacy page.
